In addition to using it to make direct purchases, your debit card doubles as your ATM card.

Other Important Card Information
- To activate your debit card, log in to VCCU Online or Mobile Banking and select Activate Card or call 888.691.8661. Be sure to have your account number ready.
- If you want to change your PIN, please call 888.891.2435. You will need to:
- Call from the phone number we have on file for you
- Enter your Social Security Number when prompted
- Enter your birthday in mm/yy (month month year year) format. (For example, February 17, 1980 would be 0280)
- To report a lost or stolen VCCU Debit/ATM card, call 805.477.4000
- If you receive a Fraud Alert via text from short code 215-56, follow the instructions on screen or give us a call at 805.477.4000.
