Easy payment solutions with Quick Pay

Quick Pay is a convenient way to pay your VCCU auto loan, personal loan or credit card using a checking or savings account at another financial institution through ACH or a non-VCCU Visa or Mastercard debit card.

Use Quick Pay to:

  1. Make a one-time payment with Express Pay (no log in or registration required) or
  2. Register to save your one-time payment method details or set up recurring Autopay payments

Quick Pay Frequently Asked Questions

You can either register for Quick Pay to save your payment information for next time, or use Express Pay, which allows you to make a quick payment without creating a login.

Access Quick Pay using the Get Started Button on this page, or log in to Online/Mobile Banking and go to Transfer & Pay, then Quick Pay from External Account.

For both options you will need the primary member’s:
  • VCCU member number
  • The last 4 digits of their Social Security Number
  • Date of birth
  • Email address 
You will also need your debit card or routing number from the financial institution you will be making the payment from.

Note: You can find your VCCU member number on your monthly statement, Online Banking profile, membership card or printed on your checks.
First, review the information you are entering, and be sure it is the primary members' information.

Next, check your Online Banking profile to ensure that your information (email address and phone number) is up-to-date. If you are still unable to register, please contact us for assistance.

Note: If you choose to use Express Pay you do not need to register, however your login information and payment details will not be stored. 
The Quick Pay program has best functionality with Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Foxfire. Internet Explorer is not recommended.
  1. Once you've registered, log on using your Quick Pay email and password
    1. View the loan(s) eligible for Quick Pay*
    2. Choose to set up an Autopay or one-time payment from a debit card or bank account
  2. If you choose not to register, you can use Express Pay, which will allow you to make a one-time payment.

*Quick Pay may not be available if the loan is past due.
 
If you forgot your password, you can reset it using the “Need help signing in?” link from the Quick Pay login screen.
No, as of October 2023, payments are no longer accepted via credit card but will be accepted via debit card.
The maximum payment allowed by ACH is $1,500.
The maximum payment allowed by Debit Card is $5,000.
You can schedule your payments up to 14 days in advance for a single payment, or you can sign up for recurring payments.
No, you will need to contact us to obtain current payoff information.
There are no fees for this service.
If your payment is declined by the paying institution, your payment will be reversed. You will then need to make arrangements to pay by a different means.
Yes, for open-ended loans (i.e. credit cards loans) overpayments will be credited to the loan, if a balance is due. Otherwise the overpayment will be credited to your primary share account. For closed-end loans (i.e. vehicle loans) we do not recommend paying more than the payment amount. Any overpayment will be credited to the primary share.
Credit cards, auto loans (all types), personal loans and Advantage lines of credit.

Note: You cannot make a payment to your mortgage loan through this service. Log into Online Banking to access your mortgage payment options.
Payments will normally post to your loan same day if made before 6 p.m. PST, or by the following business day (Monday-Friday) if made after 6 p.m. PST.
You will need to contact the institution where the payment is coming from.
You can manage the scheduling and cancelling of (Auto Pay) recurring payments through the Quick Pay system if done at least one business day prior to the payment processing date. If you cancel the same day or after it is scheduled, the cancellation will be applied to the next scheduled payment, not the current payment.
It may take 3-5 business days for the funds to be withdrawn from your other financial institution.
