Help Us Give Back
We’re hosting a toy drive during Movie Night to support James Storehouse, a local nonprofit dedicated to providing essential resources and support to children and families in need. If you’d like to participate, bring a brand-new, unwrapped toy to donate and help bring some extra joy to local children.
As an added thank-you, toy donations will also receive an extra entry into our grand prize raffle drawing taking place during the event.

Yes, proof of registration will be required for entry. Please have your digital ticket, confirmation email or printed ticket ready to present upon arrival to ensure a smooth check-in process.
We have a contingency plan for inclement weather (rain, strong winds, extreme temperatures). The event may be rescheduled or canceled. We will notify attendees via email if there are any changes. We recommend checking the weather forecast and dressing accordingly.
No, seating is not provided. Please bring your own chairs, blankets, or cushions for your comfort. We recommend arriving early to find your preferred spot.
Yes, outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted.
Even after a warm day, evenings can get chilly outdoors. We highly recommend bringing blankets and extra layers of clothing. We also suggest bringing bug spray, as insects may be present.
The movie Toy Story 4 is rated G. Please consider the rating when deciding if the film is appropriate for all members of your group.
Yes, restrooms will be available on-site. Their locations will be clearly marked, and we will have accessible options available.
A first aid station and qualified personnel will be on-site to assist with any medical needs. Their location will be clearly marked.
Unfortunately, for the comfort and safety of all attendees, pets are not permitted at this event.
The movie is scheduled to begin at approximately 7:45 PM, as it's dependent on ambient light conditions. We recommend arriving early to find your spot.
For the safety and enjoyment of all, please do not bring glass containers, outside alcohol, illicit substances, open flames, or any items that could disrupt the experience of others.
Yes, event organizers may be taking photos and videos for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to your likeness potentially being used in future marketing materials. Please notify staff if you have any concerns.
We encourage all attendees to help us keep the venue clean. Please dispose of all trash and recycling in the designated bins located throughout the event area.
Simply go back to the registration form and resubmit with the correct number of tickets. Be sure to use the same email address that you used before and we will have your last entry as the final ticket count.

By participating in this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Registration is required to attend this member-exclusive event.
- Photos or videos will be taken by event organizers for promotional purposes and attendees might be included.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the duration of the event. This is NOT a drop-off event.

- Reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure attendee safety, but individuals are responsible for their well-being and should exercise caution.
- Individuals are responsible for their own personal belongings. No responsibility is taken for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
- Please be mindful of uneven ground and dips in the lawn and parking lot. Appropriate attire and comfortable shoes suitable for walking on uneven terrain are encouraged.
