1. Fill Out a Change of Address Form

We want to know where your new home is so that we can remain in contact with you. Make sure to fill out a change of address form. You can return it by mail or drop it off at any of our offices before you leave.

2. Sign Up for Direct Deposit

You can get quick and easy access to your paycheck without having to make a trip to the credit union in Ventura County. Simply sign up for direct deposit using our authorization form, and your check will be automatically deposited in your accounts.

3. Enroll in Online and Mobile Banking

Even if you live outside of Ventura County, you can still bank with us online and on your mobile devices. You can have the freedom to manage all of your accounts at any time and from any location. 

4. eStatements

You can sign up for eStatements and get your statements sent securely to your Online Banking account. You won't have to worry about storing or moving folders full of old paper statements anymore.

5. Remote Deposit Capture

Use the VCCU mobile app to take a picture of your check and deposit it to your credit union accounts from anywhere.

6. Bill Pay

Our secure bill pay ensures that your bills are paid on time every month, without the need for stamps or envelopes. With helpful reminders and a quick process, you'll have your bills paid in a matter of minutes.

7. Order Checks Online

If you don't want to mess with ordering new checks in the midst of moving, you can do so online and have them sent to your new address.

8. Use Our Co-Op ATMs

As a VCCU member, you have access to 30,000 CO-OP ATMs throughout the United States, where you can transact without a fee. The locations of these ATMs are easy to find when you text your city or zip code to 91989, or simply search on our website.

9. Find a Shared Branch

Our partnership with CU Service Centers means that you can have access to your accounts around the country. Look for a Shared Branch near you at
