Greater Security

With EMV chip technology, common methods of stealing card data is thwarted. Unlike magnetic-strip cards, chip cards do not store any information. Instead, they generate a one-time, unique authorization code for each transaction. This makes our new cards virtually impossible to duplicate.

Worldwide acceptance

Chip cards, also known as EMV cards, are becoming the standard around the world. In Europe, 84% of cards are chip cards, and are used in 97% of all card transactions.*
