Please note: With limited branch hours at our Port Hueneme and Ventura branches, we are experiencing a higher than normal call volume. We apologize for the delayed call times and strongly encourage the use of our Online and Mobile Banking services.
Our Ventura branch at 6026 Telephone Rd. and our Port Hueneme branch at 687 W. Channel Islands Blvd. are open for limited member transactions after staff tested positive for the Coronavirus (COVID-19). The branches have been thoroughly cleaned but many of our staff will continue to quarantine at home.
As a result, we will have limited branch services available. We highly encourage members to utilize our Mobile Banking app or ATMs for their transactions. The night drop at both locations will also be available and all deposits received during business hours will be posted the same day. There will be staff onsite to assist with any of these remote options.
The Ventura and Port Hueneme branches will be open Monday - Friday from 10 am to 4 pm and will be temporarily closed on Saturdays until we are fully staffed.
Additionally, all banking services remain available online or by calling the Member Service Center at 805.477.4000 during the following hours:
8 am - 5 pm Monday - Wednesday
8 am - 6 pm Thursday & Friday
9 am - 2 pm Saturday
We are committed to the well-being of our members, team members, and our communities during this ongoing pandemic. We continue to follow recommended protocols and our current requirements for physical distancing, mandatory face coverings, frequent cleanings throughout the day and limiting the number of people in each branch at any one time will remain in effect at these and all other locations.
