We give you the freedom to manage your money the way you want to.

Free Checking Accounts

A Ventura County Credit Union checking account is like the world's most versatile wallet. It gives you hassle-free access to your cash, and lets you handle financial matters at any hour and from anywhere you go. Plus, with no monthly service fees and no per-check charge.

Youth Checking Accounts

A Youth Checking account helps teach valuable money management skills for a financially secure future.

  • Teens age 14 and above are eligible
  • Apply online or in person at your nearest branch
  • Social Security card and photo ID (either school ID or driver's license) required
  • An adult is required to be a signer on the account

Specialized Checking

Sometimes it's easier to stay on budget and track spending if you have separate accounts for particular types of expenses. At VCCU, we're happy to work with you to set up specialized accounts for:

  • Household items
  • Educational costs
  • Credit card payments
  • Anything else you can think of

For more information on what’s included with your free checking account, please review our Fee Schedule.

Check Reordering

You can conveniently order checks online, and they’ll arrive at your doorstep within 7 to 10 business days. All you need is a reorder ID or check and your next starting check number.

Notice: Due to supply chain disruptions, some products may have extended delivery times.

We appreciate your patience and encourage you to check your order history through Harland Clarke for the status of your order.
