Mobile Banking

  
VCCU is pleased to offer mobile banking. Simply follow the instructions below and enjoy the convenience and security of having your VCCU accounts at your fingertips. 
 

 

 

Log on to Quest Home Banking

  • Select “Other Service” tab
  • On the Disclaimer pop up, click “I Accept the Disclaimer” box and click the Submit button

The Mobile Banking Credentials page will pop up.

  1. Add User Name (no minimum characters req.)
  2. Enter Mobile Number (must be 10 – 14 digits)
  3. Create PIN Number (4 digits)
  4. Confirm PIN Number
  5. Click “Submit”

The Mobile Banking Confirmation page will pop up stating “You have been enrolled for mobile banking” and displays enrollment status, the user name and mobile number.

 

From this point the mobile banking confirmation page will always pop up when

selecting mobile banking. This page will allow you to:

  • Un-enroll
  • Change Login Details
  • Change PIN
  • Disable Mobile Access
  • View Mobile Disclaimer

A text response will be sent to your mobile phone immediately after you have enrolled requesting you to text YES or NO to complete the Mobile Banking enrollment.

 

NOTE: With use of Mobile Banking, standard text messaging rates and other fees apply. Once enrolled you can opt out of Mobile Banking by texting STOP to 469228 or access the Mobile Banking tab on Quest Home Banking and click Unenroll.
